These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Manifestic's website and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The services

Manifestic provides done-for-you websites, CRM setup, marketing automation, content, and related services. The specific deliverables and scope are described on our website or in your order/agreement.

2. Billing & payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Any one-time setup fees are due before work begins.
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

3. Cancellation & your files

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, recurring services (CRM, automations, hosting) end at the close of your billing period. If you cancel, you keep a copy of your website files; the ongoing software, automations, and hosting are part of the monthly plan.

4. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You're responsible for the accuracy of information and content you provide.
You agree to use the Services lawfully, including complying with marketing and consent laws (such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable privacy laws) when contacting your own leads and customers.
You will not use the Services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Content you provide remains yours. Subject to payment, the website deliverables we build for you are yours to keep. Our underlying tools, templates, systems, and processes remain our property.

6. Third-party services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, hosting providers). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for their acts or outages.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or revenue. We work hard to deliver value, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifestic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
